Braga is a historic city located in the north of Portugal, in the Minho region. It has a young spirit and an entrepreneurial mindset in culture, commerce, gastronomy, industry, services and technology.
The tourism office promote tourism resources and products through various digital means, in physical format such as maps, brochures and collecting/processing statistical data on supply/demand.
Since 2019, the Bom Jesus sanctuary has been a UNESCO heritage site. In 2023, the city was voted the World's Best Emerging Tourist Destination by the World Travel Awards and was also recognised with the Green Destinations Platinum Award.
